  3. Backcourt pressure in 5th & 6th grade only in the 4th quarter unless there is a 10-point deficit.
  4. 7th and 8th grade will be 6-minute quarters.  Clock stops on all whistles.  When there is a 15-point deficit in the 2nd half, there will be a running clock.
  5. 7th and 8th grade can pressure the entire game unless there is a 15-point deficit.
  6. Over-time for all levels will be 2 minutes, and there is no limit on the number of overtimes played.  One time out per overtime period (no carry overs).

A)    If a coach receives a technical foul, he will lose the standing privilege.

B)    Two technical fouls by player or coach will be an automatic ejection.

  1. Any technical foul is an automatic 2 points to the non-offending team, and they will receive the ball.
  2. For all levels each team will have 2 full time outs and 2 thirty second time outs.

A) Each overtime period will allow each team to use 1 time out.

  1. If a coach or player is ejected from a game, they will be given 1 additional game suspension.
  2. If a coach receives a 3rd technical for the season that will result in a 1 game suspension.

  1. Each principal and A.D. will be notified of any technical foul or suspension.
  2. In 7th and 8th grade games only, there will be a 1-hour time limit for games.

B)    With 1 minute left, we will go back to normal timing.

  1. In any grade level, if fans are being verbally abusive, the head coach will have one opportunity to control it.

A)  The second time, a technical foul will be assessed to the offending fans/team.

B)  This will result in 2 points for the non-offending team and possession of the ball.

17. If a team is down to 5 players, they may add one player from the same grade or lower to fill in (to give someone a breather or if down to 4 players).  A player can only assist 2 times in a season.  Chris Bartolone must approve the added player prior to the game.
